These Terms and Conditions (“Terms’) govern the relationship between JYL TRES MARIAS TRAVEL & TOURS (“our,” or “us”) and the client (“you” or customer”). By booking with us, you agree to these Terms. Please read carefully.
- Booking and Payment
- A booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of a non-refundable payment of 100% of the total tour cost.
- A deposit may vary depending on the payment policies of airline, hotels partners, etc. 50% deposit is standard, however, full payment may be required depending on the status of tour packages or booking and airlines, hotels and other travel agency supplier/s policies.
- Late payments may result in cancellation of your booking without refund.
- Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Customer-Initiated Cancellations
- Cancellation made within (10) ten days before the date of booking or arrival date are eligible for a partial refund of 50% of the total cost except unless otherwise stated in the cancellations policies of the airlines, and other suppliers.
- No refund will be issued for cancellations made less than (10) ten days before the booking or arrival date.
- Once checked in or any services used on the first day of the tour duration, your booking/reservation is considered used, and may not be cancelled and non-refundable.
- Any un-utilized tour services are non-refundable.
- Customer-Initiated Cancellations

- If we cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances, you may choose to transfer to another tour A refund can be arranged depending on the status of the cancellations.
- Refunds may take to thirty (30) days or more to process.

- We accept online payments through credit cards, bank transfer and other forms of online payment including but not limited to GCash. You are responsible for securing and safeguarding the confidential details of your payment Financial institution have issued warnings and advisories to never share your OTP (One Time Password) for security reasons. We are not liable for any disputes, chargebacks, fraudulent transactions, phishing scams, or issued related to skimmed credit cards, OTP scam/OTP sharing.

- Changes to Itinerary
- We reserve the right to make changes to the itinerary, accommodations, or transport arrangements due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions, government regulations, or safety concerns.

- Travel Requirements
- You are responsible for ensuring all necessary documents such as passports, visas, permits, etc.
- We are not liable for any costs incurred due to your failure to meet travel requirements.
- Health and Safety
- You must disclose any medical or dietary restrictions before’
- We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual who poses a risk to themselves or others.
- You participate in all activities at your own risk. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance.
- Liability
- We are not liable for:
- Delays, cancellations, or interruptions caused by third-party providers (e.g. airlines, hotels, transport operators).
- Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during the
- Injury, illness, or death from participation in all tour activities and other events during the tour.
- Our liability for any claims is limited only to the total amount paid for the tour less government regulation fees, etc.

- You are expected to behave respectfully towards other travelers, guides, and local communities.
- We reserve the right to remove anyone from the tour for inappropriate behavior without a refund.
- Intellectual Property
- All content, materials, and branding associated with our tours are intellectual property. You may not use or reproduce them without permission.
